As a non-emergency medical transportation driver, you play an important role in helping people access medical care, dialysis treatments, therapy appointments, hospital discharge transportation, and senior healthcare visits.

  • Familiar with Dallas–Fort Worth roads

  • Able to follow transportation procedures

  • Respectful of patient privacy and dignity

Preferred Experience

  • NEMT experience

  • Senior transportation experience

  • Healthcare transportation experience

  • Wheelchair transportation experience

  • EMT, CNA, caregiver, or healthcare background

  • Customer service experience

  • Clean driving history

Driver Responsibilities

  • Safely transport patients to and from appointments

  • Assist passengers as appropriate

  • Maintain professional communication

  • Follow the schedule and dispatch instructions

  • Keep the vehicle clean and safe

  • Report incidents or delays

  • Protect patient privacy

  • Represent TransitCare America professionally
